PU open timing belt is made of thermoplastic polyurethane material and high strength fine steel wire. It is of high wear-resistance and strength. It is keeps a good condition in transmission with small production tolerances.
PU open timing belt is of the stable transmission, wide application, long transmission distance and accurate size.
Chemical properties
It resists ageing, hydrolysis, ultraviolet ray UVA and ozone;
Operating temperature: -30℃~80℃, it can bear max. 110℃ within short period of time.
Highly oil and grease resistant.
It resists partial acid and alkali corrosion.
PU synchronous belt can have the following special processing
1. Add fabric in tooth surface
2. Add fabric in belt back
3. Cover re glue in belt back
4. Add PU in belt back
PU connection belt
PU connection belt can be connected into ring type synchronous belt through open belt. Over 1m length can be connected and processed.
PU flat belt
PU flat belt can pull and transfer driving forces and convey the materials etc.
